As Col. Cooper use to say, "a 40 oz glass rod".
Though I do well with 3.5.
A lb heavier for DG.

Actually, between 2.25 and 3 lbs depending on the width of the trigger, but the corn flake requirement stands.

I hunt big game in cold weather and sometimes my fingers just don't have the sensitivity they do when shooting p-dogs.

16-24 oz, heavier is easier with heavier rifles. Light is right with light rifles.

Same here, regardless of rifle weight.

I'm a regardless guy also, but seems many folks would shoot there light rifle/skinny barrel rigs mo better with a lighter pull.

Wanna make a lightweight sing MPAJ go with a light trigger.

2.5-3 lbs. I never ever use gloves even in the coldest temps, there is nothing like shooting with your bare hands. A Muff is far warmer than gloves or mitts and your bare hands are always ready to shoot. If its real cold I open one of those disposable charcol heaters.

2 pounds in a hunting rifle is safe IMO but if you are going to shooting with gloves on maybe a tad heavier would be in order unless you are very familiar with your rifle.

I prefer them between 2.75 and 3.5 lbs on big game rifles. My varmite rifles I want around 2 - 2.5lb.

Mine are all in the 2 -2.5 range, I even let the kiddo's use them. NEVER and I mean NEVER use gloves when shooting. I teach them to never touch the trigger until they are ready to fire. Works very well for me and them.
