Color of popeyes pot pipe
And the mcdonalds french fry fingers ketchup stain on his clothes
And olive having 879 hash mark thingys on one dress versus 878 on the other.
And the reflection in one of the windows is different.
Color on one of the tines on the pitchfork is slightly different also.

In the left one, that's obviously Air Force One in the sky to the right of the house, and within, Joe Biden seems to be sexually engaged with a minor. In the right, it's obviously Hunter Biden sexually engaged with his young niece.
