I love when Jack Wagons that don't have a dog in the hunt chime in and assume that someone is going to get gouged.
What you don't know is I bought a bunch of stuff from a lady that recently lost a loved one and paid way too much trying to help her out.
So just a suggestion if you cant add to the constructive conversation just click right on by and GFY.

Wow, what a way to make friends on the fire. If she paid too much for it, well my thoughts are cut your losses or try to sell it on gunbroker at stupid prices

Not at all there was no too much.........
Lady had just lost her husband unexpectedly and she did not have a clue what it was worth.
I dont give a rats azz what I paid for it only helped her.
Go ahead and have your fun and post crap that makes you feel better.
In the end I will sleep well know I tried to do the right thing.
I cant imagine making money from losing a friend.
YMMV

I had 9 boxes of Winchester sabot slugs and put them at a penny auction and they sold for $170 shipped if that helps at all. Roughly $18.88/box. I paid 22.99 for them a few years ago.

I'll play. A couple months ago I sold a case (250 rounds) of Federal low recoil LE slugs for $5 a box, about what I had in it.

500.00 and they were worth every penny
All though that is not the issue I paid what she asked and only wanted to know what was a fair price to ask
for something that someone would get some use out of.
Perhaps I will find a youth or a veteran that has a need.
They will not be sold, I will keep them in memory of a lifetime friend.
Thanks to all.
