FYI-we know of a family whose child had Covid-19 and now has MIS-C. While a lesser case, this can be serious. Heads up for those with children. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/children/mis-c.htmlCDC: What we know about MIS-CMultisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) is a condition where different body parts can become inflamed, including the heart, lungs, kidneys, brain, skin, eyes, or gastrointestinal organs. We do not yet know what causes MIS-C. However, we know that many children with MIS-C had the virus that causes COVID-19, or had been around someone with COVID-19. MIS-C can be serious, even deadly, but most children who were diagnosed with this condition have gotten better with medical care.

The parents of 7 yr old would have liked to have known about this a couple months ago. Now you are aware of this condition too.

Lefty, if you have any meaningful statistics, please add. I'm sure covid causes permanent explosive diarrhea also, but I can't care because the rate of incidence is not of concern.
