Looking for a half to a full section of South Dakota land where I can hunt for deer and build a cabin. Not interested in paying land scalper prices! There’s plenty of land in SD, it’s just the scalpers jacking up the price. Looking for $350-500 per acre depending on quality.

There’s roughly 40 million acres of private land in SD. It’s just greed and panic buying that’s pushing the price up. I’m willing to pay what was a very fair price not long ago.

I wish you luck, but I suspect that people owning a section of land will know, or be able to determine it’s market value.

I would like to buy a 1970 Plymouth hemi ‘Cuda. I don’t want to pay scalper prices. Thinking more like 1980 prices when gas was high and they were looked at as gas hogs.

I'm in for a couple of sections when you find it, I just don't want mine to join yours. I hate having a dumbass for a neighbor.

Just imagine the hike in prices of EVERYTHING when they pass $15.00 minimum wage. 😳

15 dollars wont just be minimum wage, it will become universal wage.

With that attitude, we’d make much better neighbors than you think. 😉

Makes me glad that public land ranch is still free.

1 million acres out the back door and I don’t pay a dime.

Well, they were correct in the ad when they talked about good stargazing, there wouldn't be any "Light Pollution" in that country.

Around here, the USFS is doing its best to keep the public off the King's land.
