Local Cabela's bullet supply fits in a space no bigger than a microwave, previously it occupied an entire aisle and a half.

I went to the local sportsmans warehouse and they actually had some whelen ammo. $48 for the barnes, $45 for remington 250 and 48 for 200. The bullet selection was pathetic

In this market, you can't be picky

+1 cast bullets can be very accurate in .35 Whelen, my cast bullet load is 15gr. of Unique with cast bullets weighing from 200 - 225gr. Since SR 4759 was discontinued several years ago Unique has been my got to powder for cast bullet loads.
