Yeah he did. Took a tumble and was taken to hospital for what they have called a precautionary measure. No details on injuries.

WASHINGTON � Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts took a spill and ended up being taken to the hospital, FOX News confirmed Monday. A spokesman at the Supreme Court said Roberts fell while at his summer home in Maine, and he was hospitalized as a "precaution." He apparently took a fall around 2 p.m. ET. "He's fine," said another source close to Roberts. Roberts, 52, became chief justice in September 2005. A former high school football team captain at his Indiana boarding school, Roberts has described himself as a "slow-footed linebacker." He also was a regional champion in wrestling as a teenager. In 2006, Roberts and his wife bought a house and land on Hupper Island off of Port Clyde. THe home had belonged to Steve Thomas, the former host of the "This Old House" television show, according to the Knox County Registry of Deeds.
Hmmm, home belong to Steve Thomas of This Old House fame = PBS = arm of the Democrats.... Clearly Hillary did it!

Damn, there goes the 2nd Amendment for sure. I sure hope he is alright. Now you guys know why I'm not all that excited about SCOTUS reviewing the 2nd Amendment anything can happen by the time it gets there. This War on Terror is a two front war: al Qaeda and the Democraps. Very true! I wish Roberts a speedy and complete recovery. Stevens has done his bit for/to America and should retire and rest on his laurels for what little time he may have left. Despite his limits in other areas GWB has made good apointments to the courts, and these will long outlast his term. Fireplug
