Any ideas of what brand this LA 700 stock might be? Doesn't appear to be a syn bdl stock.

Possibly a Hogue. looking at the grip/palm area, reminds me of a Hogue stock.

Does it have pillars or a bedding block?

My thoughts as well. The LA sporter bbl aspect made me wonder.

If I didn't know the rifle was a Remington I would say it was one of the Hogue stocks on the Howa rifles. I think it was called the Gameking or something similar.

Dunno... I just saw it for sale this AM , and thought if the stock is worth anything it wouldn't be a terrible buy for someone considering the current Remington craze. It doesn't look like a current Houge that comes up on their website when I filter to a LA BDL.

Do a little research on a Rynite stock offered by Remington a long time ago. Not 100%, but it looks like one of those to me. I no longer have one to compare too. But it’s one of the most rigid thermoplastics on the planet. A very good stock if I am correct.

My FIL had one similar with the recessed sling “bars”. I though it was an old Bell and Carlson. Always did like the way the sling was attached. Nice and quiet.

Thanks guys. I completely looked over the gay sling attachments. The gun is a 300 wby mag and it's in Cabela's gun library in WI for $700 with a pro staff scope if anyone is interested.

Bell and Carlson "Carbelite" is the only one I've ever seen with that sling setup.

Those recessed sling attachments look like an old B&C I had on a Ruger 77 Tang Safety many years ago.
