In the early stages of a 22 or 6mm Grendel build. Purpose is range toy, mostly. Will probably jab a 22 or 24 inch heavy barrel in it and stick a Hubbel on it.
VLTOR MUR, Mega, BCM Mk2, etc. precision uppers are unobtainium for the foreseeable future, as best I can tell. While scarce, Aero M4e1 enhanced and Seekins IRMT uppers can still be scratched up with enough looking. These are the uppers with the integral mounting block for proprietary handguards.
Is the Seekins worth the extra hundred bucks over the Aero enhanced? Anyone had one or both of these?

BCM uppers are out there. I've gotten a couple emails on them recently and saw a couple on auction sites.

Assuming you are talking about a complete upper..................
If the Seekins has their own barrel, then the Seekins, hands down w/o question.
Seekins stuff is very good & their barrels are top notch, very accurate & under rated.
Aero is all serviceable stuff, but average at best, & any barrel from them will be a BA, which they own, & again average to below.

Actually I will probably order a barrel from somewhere. The Seekins IRMT upper and handguard is how I'm leaning right now.

I just picked up the last Aero M4e upper my local gun shop had. They are going out of business since they can't get anything after 13 years of business. I haven't decided on a barrel.

Barrels are getting easier to find. I damned near bought a 6 ARC barrel last week. Still on the fence about switching to that cartridge though. Good luck to the op.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA
