True story. I use these Choate Varminters on my dog guns.......... Ugly as sin.......solid & fully V block bedded Goes from the Tacoma bed & to the table......dogs die....... Ive owned two M722s and a M600 in 222 REM over the years and they all shot beautifully. I hesitated on a NIB M700 carbine a few years ago, Im sure it found a good home

Started out with a 222 but the cheap ammunition of the 223 made me switch. Back in the olden days you could buy 223 ammunition cheaper than it was worth to reload them, imagine that!!!! Looking forward to them days again. Don't hold your breath. As far as the cartridges go, it's boils down to six of one and a half dozen of the other. I have both.

3 Sako's in .222 and a Remington 722 .222 ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/M5koO6X.jpg) A Dakota and Savage tactical in .223 A Sako .222mag and last in .222 ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/GtYpi0g.jpg) All shoot 40 or 50 grainesr very well except the fast twist Savage shoots a 68gr .222 seems to be my go to caliber inside of 300...just fun to shoot and they are easy to work up accurate loads for IMO. Those Sako's are gorgeous.

It's my employees, We do mechanical work and custom exhaust and then send to a buddy for body and paint.That car sat in in storage for almost 40 years
