I get my oysters off the beach around here or at one of the local shops and smoke em myself. About a million times better.

I love all flavor of oysters. Raw being my favorite, and from a tin my 2nd favorite.

I used to use them for special recipes.
Then Japanese reactors polluted the Japanese coasts. No more Japanese food for me.

Then Chinese pollutes everything to the nth degree and have no problem murdering babies with poison formulas. I eliminated chinese sources.

Korean is close to china and share proximity to the waters. Maaybe...... It's been a long time.

US sources are also suspect. Absolutely no farm raised sea food of any kind.

Yup, I like smoked oysters alot, but where's the euro brands?

Smoked baby oysters are the chit.

Raw oysters are good, grilled in the shell oysters dipped in butter are good too. I’m not a fan of oyster stew or deep fried.
