Just a chuck roast in the crockpot for French dip sandwiches tonight. My wife's birthday is the 10th so I always get to make it a 2 for 1 and go out for a nice dinner. Went to Mahogany Friday night so I'm golden.

Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.

I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

Roasted tomato soup with short ribs, grilled asparagus, and a grilled whole fillet. She is making ham pinwheels and some sort of cake in muffin tins.

You wasted those steaks by not going outside and grilling them.

Even when I grill I sometimes like to paint them with garlic butter while they rest.
