Minus 13 and the breeze gives us 31 below windchill.

Just a dusting of snow after dark last night.

PTL I didn't have to go to work last night

Got down to about 5 above here earlier this morning. I don't believe I've ever seen it this cold in this area in the 25 years I've lived here. Got cold a couple of days around Christmas of '98, but not quite like this.

Yesterday's low -7 and 18 mph wind. (official)
High of +1 and 15 mph wind. (official)
Here on our little hill ~ 6 miles from the airport, you can subtract 10 degrees.

Official a little while ago was -7 and 5 mph. haven't looked at mine (and won't until after coffee) smile
I hope the heat in the well houses stayed on! I don't believe the power went down out there. But it did here.
Need to go check!

Whatever happened to "global warming" ?
Glad I live in the "temperate" southwest !!!

-6 this morning here in Edmond. We had 9'' of snow yesterday and expect another good amount by Wednesday night. High today of 4 with winds of 15-20. We'll be above freezing by Saturday, we're told.

30 inches of snow in 48 hours, from Friday morning to Sunday morning. On the south side of the Michigan UP, near Manistique. The storm was a lake effect event off Lake Michigan.

Dang, I'm glad we didn't get any of that. We don't get a lot of lake effect at my house near Mackinaw City, but where I work near Petoskey and Harbor Springs gets hit pretty hard sometimes.

-4 here at 7 am. Stopped to check on one guy on the side of the road, his diesel was gelling up. He had help less than a mile away and said he was good, so I rolled on. Loot less snow than predicted so far, only a couple inches. Folks here drive like its the blizzard of the century.😂

Down to 1 above now. Probably get below 0 before the day is over. Tonight will be brutal.
