For us it's dentist, Bank statement , taxes, and it used be time for my annual check up.

Taxes and prolapses
On the bright side, the days are getting longer I'm sure that you have read the James Herriot stories of dealing with prolapses. The effect for me was a lot like rubbing my eyes after slicing onions.
