I was blading snow off the driveway when Katherine Limbaugh came on, I knew what was to follow.
When they played America the Beautiful by Ray Charles I had to wipe my eyes.........several times.
We have lost a real treasure. No body will ever be able to fill his shoes. He has done more to educate Americans to the ill ways of our Government than anyone ever has.
I met and spoke with the man on a couple of occasions. People who didn’t know him will never know how down to earth and “common” he was. A great person has passed.
RIP Rush

A woman's heart is the hardest rock the Almighty has put on this earth and I can find no sign on it.
Not that the left is above it but that would be the single most stupid thing they could do. The reaction from his listening millions would be swift and devastating.
Yep, they will dash off a strongly worded letter to the editor and their "Congresscritter". That would be the extent of any reaction.
Imagine a corporate oligarchy so effective, so advanced and fine tuned that its citizens still call it a democracy.
A brilliant voice in support of conservatism, liberty, freedom, this nation's founding principles and the US Constitution......The left will now have their field day (DAYS).
It's a sad day. Rush had some urgent time constraints, but nobody knows when we will leave this world. I hope that everyone reading this post right now will seriously consider this issue.
ditto to all above.absolutely brilliant man.he was #1 all time.the far left applauding his passing showing the pure cancer anti american maggots they are. rip rush.
i remember the first time i heard him. it was his first show nationwide and i was driving to miami on business. when he started the show, i wondered what is this guy? anyway i listened and became a fan. one of the sermons he would preach was to support the most conservative candidate who had a chance to win, and that there were no perfect candidates.
another thing he was good about is wanting people who disagreed with him to call in. he was respectful of their comments if they were polite. he had a succession of great screeners too.
i met a couple who were from his home town who knew his family, said they were fine people. rip and ditto Rush.

If you're not having fun; you're not doing it right!
This day is coming for all of us, but it sure hurts when you lose a person like Rush.
"...aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you, so that you may walk properly before outsiders and be dependent on no one." - Paul to the church in Thessalonica.
Started listening to him around '90, brother in law and I would laugh our asses off with the animal rights segment.....played while we were driving to deer hunting spot.
