I think that the problem is far beyond that as it relates to the inner cities. Jmo.

Through no fault of their own you have generations upon generations of people, since the 1960s, who are mostly and in the main, non migratory humans.

That situation has produced massive inbreeding over the past 60+ years with half sisters and brothers to the detriment of the inner city blacks and from which there is no return to any semblance of normalcy. None.

Any cattle or dog breeder knows that you cannot continually ‘line breed ‘ mammals without severe, negative results over time and that an inferior product comes directly from that practice.

I have heard stories that due to the breakdown of the black family and baby daddy culture the risk of inbreeding is real in the black community.
