The real estate market in much of the country is a wildly overcooked bubble pie. I think there will be a significant correction. Zero inventory in our area. I’m sure there’s a glut of inventory and no buyers in some urban areas, but small rural areas near urban centers like ours will see exponential growth. At least residential and light commercial. Yep. Area specific.

the us has been built on going and blowing. well, since ww2 and that big win.
now we're stopping our upward growth of factories, longevity of humans, and strengthening dollar, etc. etc.
we're almost in the throes of implosion due to infation, covid, foreign off-shoring of jobs, etc.etc.
china is on the ascendancy at least for a spell. someone might throw a monkey wrench into a cog over there?
we're in for a re-set. mother russia wants to take her rightful place as the ldr of the world, given their land-base and resources.
we'll see how it all plays out. our grandchildren will look back and cuss us, or give us great credit for our foresight. Last century belonged to us. This century will belong to Asia. As stupid as you typically are toot... you are not wrong this time. America has the means to fight but no longer has the will to fight. If I was to describe America in 2021 it would be a morbidly obese Steven Seagal. Fat is a tick, obnoxious loud mouth, arrogance without measure of past Glory Days... living on a residual money storehouses and dreaming of the next double cheeseburger. Praise from a dolt like you is worse than none. Next time just stfu and we’ll both be happy. Thanks. When you get down to it there is no way out of this financial corner we've voluntarily allowed ourselves to be trapped in. There will be serious consequences. The central banks have done to us what credit card companies do to individuals. As in allow balance transfers at no interest for 6 months until they have you in a position that nobody else wants you. Except if we file bankruptcy as nations we go into slavery. And unlike individuals we won't be free to go out and rebuild our lives. It will be communism and the people can just live or die, it won't matter to our masters. Agree 100%. And the worst part is that this manipulated market by the gloablists will be labeled by the same people as a "failure of the free market," so everything should be socialized.
