Jamison, Ventura, and PCI make runs of it. All smaller outfits. There was quite a lot around (by 351 wsl standards) from about 3-4 years ago until very recently.
Otherwise, go on gunbroker. There is always some there...just depends on how bad your friend wants to shoot the gun.

Early 80s, my still in high school "Brother in Law" hunted with his Grandpa's 351, left over from his prison guard days in the 30s and 40s...

the family had a big shoe box full of crody old ammo, who knows what bullet weights, he used for deer hunting in northern MN swamps...

open sites, but sometimes it took a couple of shots to hit the deer... with a magazine full of bullets of various unknown bullet weights

I know ammo was pretty much impossible to find for them...

that was long before I ever started hand loading...

darn old gun still worked just fine... even at 30 below....

I think it was 1907 manufacture or so.... it was older when grand pa got it...and that was back when they had to pay for and supply their own firearm according to
my Father in law who was a career MN State Trooper....

If I'm not mistaken I read somewhere where someone one made some by turning down the case heads on 357 cases.

357 maximum.

There is actually a ton of new brass out there; several different companies make it. Like everything else, it is hens teeth right now. But that was not the case even a year ago. No reason to turn down case heads unless you've got a lot of time on your hands.
