..... purchased this recently to build a Mtn Rifle with a Howa 1500 barreled action, found exactly what I was going to build so no longer need this stock. This is the 2nd Gen. improved Weatherby Synthetic Vanguard Stock (Griptonic - textured inserts for improved grip) with Monte Carlo Comb... will fit any of the Weatherby Vanguard -or- Howa short actions with the standard #2 barrel, right-handed.
