I am not sure of who is making Weatherby's stocks now but this one is LIGHT! It is NOT a plastic Vanguard stock! It is a brand new stock but it has a chip (cosmetic) on each side of the pistol grip and came off a brand new rifle. The chips can easily be painted or touched up and doesn't hurt the function. This is a LA stock for $220 shipped. First public "I will take this" gets it and please follow up with a PM. Payment by check of any sort.

Is this a vanguard or a Mark V stock and what does it weigh?

I am not sure what it is off but it was still in the wrapper in a Weatherby box. I don’t have a digital scale but it is significantly lighter than a plastic one and wears a decelerator pad. I am guessing it is a McMillan or something along those lines.

It’s a B&C vanguard. Full aluminum. Bedding block . You can tell its for a vanguard with the safety slot MKV ‘s have saftey’s on the bolt shroud. Stock is repairable but has to have new paint . Pm sent
