We got quite busy starting Friday and got caught up last night. Now it's going to be to warm for a few days. I did get orders shipped out on time but a little delay on sending tracking, think I'm caught up now.

Since we are now using a filter press instead of filter bags and liners prior to bottling has any of you noticed any difference?

Got ours yesterday. My boys HAD to have pancakes for breakfast as we ran out last month. Very happy boys in Nc this morning. Thanks Danny!
We didn’t notice any huge difference. This years is definitely a little bolder though.

Season will be over soon, maybe another week at most I think.
Prices for syrup have gone up slightly as they raised flat rate prices again, the last time they increased we didn't change our price but now we have to, new syrup jug prices went up a little too. When ordering let me get your shipping info in a pm. Payment as always CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDER NO ELECTRONIC BANKING.

I did bottle up a little very dark, it's strong flavored with a hint of what I call carmel taste.

We are still making syrup, almost everyone around us are not getting sap enough to boil. The weather if true looks like we'll have at least another week before it's over.

Danny, received our three 1/2 gallons on Saturday, haven't tired it yet, got some left from last year. I know it will be fantastic. Blue berry pancakes with pecans, whipped cream, bananas and your syrup;; 'White Privileges'.....LOL

WOW  that is some good maple syrup! Got my order in today and after taking a little nip we are cooking pancakes for dinner. Is this a once a year thing? Just trying to plan my next order.

Pancakes for dinner are always good, glad ya's like it. Maple syrup is only made in the spring of the year. Freeze at night and warm days makes the sap flow.
