Okay. Most likely we'll never know anything about him and if he should ever become a threat to his handlers he'll just go missing. He was the same guy charges with protecting Steve Scalise the day he was shot by a Sanders supporter. So what is under his left arm? An Automatic Cardiac Defibrillator? Did he hide it somewhere?

DC city council voted in June 2020 that police involved in excessive force have to be publicly identified in 72 hours. Part of their police reform package.
