Do you eat it? If so, what’s the best way to fix it? If you don’t eat it, why not?

There are a few people that eat Aoudad, but damn few, we cape them out and leave the rest for the coyotes and birds. Rio7

I killed several ewes in New Mexico on a private ranch years ago. It made excellent hamburger. I don't remember if we had anything added to the meat. As I said, it was excellent. I sure wouldn't let a coyote eat any I shot. Now an old ram may be a different story but a nice ewe is good eating.

Same here. I've tried it every whichaway and I still think it sucks.
It is irrelevant what you think. What matters is the TRUTH.

Same here. I've tried it every whichaway and I still think it sucks. That's my experience too. The only good thing is that you can feed a huge group of people with one Aoudad. Just give everyone a one inch cube and by the time they get done chewing it will be the size of a double cheeseburger!!
Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.
I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

We normally don't shoot ewe's, our hunter's want a big old goat, if I were going to shoot a Aoudad, to eat I would shoot a lamb. Ro7
