Both of these uppers are new / unfired and complete with BCG.
First is AAC 9” 300 Blackout suitable for pistol or SBR. This was a store demo and although still new, the box is missing. Current cost on this model is $1080 - will sell for $900. This is a high end unit and many reviews are available.
Next is a Model One upper that was special ordered during the Obama years. Took forever to arrive and I went in a different direction so it was put up and never fired. 16” barrel 300 Blackout with free float hand guard. Very nice upper. Paid $745 but will sell for $600.

Of course, be sure your state will allow you to own such an evil accessory as I can’t be responsible for knowing all state laws.
Unfortunately that statement won't protect you if law enforcement ever comes looking for you. Luckily, there usually isn't a problem with uppers. Unless you have certain grips attached to the hand guards.

You can attach all sorts of stuff to an upper without any issues. It is when you attach them to a lower that it can be a problem

Guys - just listing a few uppers here and all the ways in which a buyer could mount an upper does not need to be discussed in the classifieds. Apparently the short upper has already drawn opinions of non buyers... You buy it, put it on a pistol lower or a SBR lower and you are good. Some restrictions make exist and a buyer should know what they can and cannot do.

The 16” 300 BO Model One upper is SOLD.
Adding an 18” 223 Wylde 1 in 12 twist varmint model WOA (fluted barrel option) upper with floating hand guard and BCG. Guys, this is a nice upper for varmint weight bullets. Excellent condition. Bargain at $650 plus $20 toward shipping.

BTT for one last look at the AAC upper because everything else is SOLD. Great high end upper for your SBR lower, pistol lower or a lower with one of those funky one handed wrist / arm strapped stocks...
