There is a guy out there in Innertube Land who makes the brass that's adapted to ignition via an off-center pocket that takes a .22RF blank. Insert blank, load with black powder or miniscule charge of smokeless, add a heeled bullet, and Bang! Don't know exactly where to find him, Google-iscious can probably tell you. Buy a cylinder full of cases, a box of blanks, and a mold to cast a .38 heeled bullet and you're in business.

Dixie Gunworks sells the cases that use a .22 blank as a primer. You use a .370 roundball as a projectile.
