Of fresh venison brats using LEM Backwoods seasoning and I also added some green bell peppers & sweet onions to them. Grilled some up for our lunch and dang were they tasty! Yum!

Looks excellent! Well done. How do you like your BGE? I have the Costco knock off K24 Pit Boss and love it. Amazed at these kamados and the versatility they provide.

Wish I'd been around that Egg when those 5 came off.

looks great.
I add water and dried milk or soy to hold the moisture. Fat I use pork shoulder myself.

Bet those will be great !

We were going to try brats with our bounty of venison but decided to do all meat stiks instead.. Some with regular seasoning,,,some laced with heat and the remainder with Teriyaki ..then off to the smoker and cut into stiks.
