Sam when I was still riding all of the boot overshoes were buckle.so we cut the hardware off and left the loops.

Then a nice leather lace threaded up thru the loops and we had our classy no buckle boot overshoes.

I often took a smoked goose (Canadian) to elk camp to snack on. It never lasted more than a couple of days.

Mallards and teal and a couple of other puddle ducks are pretty good. Not much on the divers.
