Was hot just as the sun went down for about 1-3 hours then again starting at 4am till sun-up, but things seem to have pretty much shut down. Time to either move the Castle of pull it off the ice completely. Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

rickt300 Campfire Outfitter R Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 13,413 Texas	I do it almost like the guy in the video except I don't cut through and separate the filet in front of the tail, instead I flip the filet back over the tail and run my knife in between the skin and the meat so I don't have to hold on the edge of the skin to do so. When I am done the part you don't keep is all one piece and goes directly into a trash bag. Dog I rescued in January
