I have an old Military 6.5X55 Swedish Mauser that is the original stock and my grandfather modified the stock to use for hunting, Rifle shoots fine has peep sit. Not drilled for scope bases. I have no idea the value has been in the safe for 25 years. I'm thinking $200 plus shipping. If interested let me know and I can send pictures. Thanks for looking. Rick

In my area a good Swede M38 carbine sporter would bring more than $200.. Just saying.

So, has anybody determined if it's a M94 Carbine, a M38 Short Rifle, or cut down M96 Rifle? At any rate I'm surprised nobody said "I'll take it" sight unseen. What can you reasonably expect to find for only $200 these days?
