gunswizard Campfire Ranger G Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 17,822	I jumped about 18" out of a box blind while deer hunting a few years ago, didn't realize it till next morning but I bruised my heel. When I put my feet on the ground next morning my heel hurt like h ell, took several weeks to heal.

Remember jumping out of trailers and dock doors, when it was highly discouraged. Remember whe I started to finally link knee pain with having jumped out of trailers or docks. Now, I remember not to jump! Except, for out of the way. And that is a juke instead of a jump if posible. Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
