Heymo6: I do know good sex helps me fall to sleep after the fact I'd agree with that, but will add in that even bad sex leads to the same response.

I used to get up 3-4 times a night to piss and try to go back to sleep. After getting a CPAP, I sleep 8 hours a night and don't get up throughout the night.
