F/S Custom Smokeless muzzleloader .45 cal
Remington Stainless Steel 700 short action.
Fluted spiral bolt by Jeff Hankins.
Brux #17 stainless steel barrel 1-20 twist. The barrel is in the original stainless from brux. There are scratches on it. I never got around to bead blasting this one. The bead blasting takes the scratches out.
Hankin’s ignition system (breech plug and 20 brass modules).
HS precision green with black webby stock with aluminum bedding block.
Bottom metal is black matte.
No attachment for ramrod. I didn't want it. I prefer the collapsible ramrod from Hankins.

The gun is in excellent condition. Total shot rounds estimated between 75-100. Bore is spotless. I only shot IMR 4198 powder in the gun. Bullets were Parker 275gr and Pittman Accumax 250gr. Both shot extremely well.

The gun currently has an aluminum scope base with vortex precision rings (30mm .97 height I believe). The scope is a GPO 4x 6-24X50 reticle is MOA. Information for the scope is in the link below. Exposed target turrets. It is a fantastic scope. I have the original box and paperwork. Also has 1 Free individualized Kenton turret if I can find the certificate that went with the scope.

Pics to come

I am probably missing something, so PM with any questions.

Good deal here. Really hard to put one of these together for less unless you’re doing all the machining yourself. I bet it shoots lights out too with sized bullets.

Thx Afisher, this gun shot extremely well with the 275 parker and 250 Pittman accumax.

One other item to mention is with the #17 brux profile this gun can handle heavy loads for long long range. And even without a break it is solid enough to handle recoil well.

Super nice gun. Mine with a #6 brux with sized 275gr fury’s and H or IMR4198 will shoot 1/2” and I love it. Probably at least year and half wait time to get one built by a reputable “muzzleloader builder” to add to this.

I did shoot the 250gr fury star tipped out of this gun as well. Shot one deer in WV that was DRT @ 109yds. I really like those bullets as well. And yes they are extremely accurate in my gun.

Also have an real nice aluminum powder loading funnel that fits over the muzzle and you just dump the powder in it.

I will get a picture of it later.

These rifles are CRAZY accurate. I have made 1st round hits (steel) at 700 yards with mine.

Wish this particular rifle would have popped up, before buying the one I ended up with.....

bump for you.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything that smacks a deer like one of these things around a hundred yards especially on a good still evening. Sounds like a truck smacking one and they just buckle and don’t really move. One of these Midwest guys need to jump on this thing and take it home so it can play.

There was a question on another board regarding the weight...

Disclaimer: This is certainly nothing scientific...but I weighed the gun a couple different methods on the only bathroom scale I have and consistently came up with 12lbs - 13lbs with scope as in the pictures???

I have a rifle very similar to this one. And mine shoots lights out. I have killed a deer at 360 yards with mine.
