We're going to meet with the lawyers thru., to see just how much and go look at the land out by Chapman ranch also. I didn't have enough cash to overcome brokerage fees & taxes with the gains to make it worthwhile but just buying it in April & selling in Jan. would have lucrative in those years. Buying a bunch & just sitting on it had to be good.

Guess I missed something. inheritance, cash also besides the stocks, still not sure how much it is, but we will find out when we talk with the lawyers this week, they told my wife this past sat. that she and her niece were very wealthy just with the stocks and bonds alone.
