Is $750 to muck to pay for a 99 F in 250-3000 it is used but not abused that would be $750 Cdn.

If its in good unaltered condition I would pay that. I paid 650 for a 99F in 308 this past summer, was drilled from the factory(has 99 on side of reciever) Is it drilled? Probobly should not be in that caliber

For a 50's F I would call that cheap considering it's caliber.

That Tasco scope only adds about $20 to it and the receiver has me wondering if that was a bad cold blue.

As Randy alluded to, there were two 99F's. The early one with with schnable forearm, straight stock, NOT drilled from the factory, 1920 to 1940. Then the late F, rounded forearm, kind of like an R, drilled from the factory, made in the 50's-?. I'd like a 250 in either. The 50's F may have been pretty much past the hay day of the 250, and was made in 243 and 308, so it is probably far and away the rarest of the 2. As Randy did say, for a 50's F, yeah good price.
