I prefer it ambient temperature. One can sipped over the course of an hour is sufficient.
Other evenings its Liberty Creek Merlot (thanks Jag), 1.5L generally lasts me three evenings.
Sitting out on the porch with the dogs enjoying the quiet.
Needless to say, expensive booze is wasted on me..
