A Tikka T1X in 17HMR LH followed me home from Scheel's last night. Love the Tikka accuracy and LH availability. A bit surprised no rings came with it... what rings/height should I look at for this if I may add a suppressor to it?
Related; will the same suppressor fit the Tikka as the Ruger Lite? Would be ideal...
Never owned a suppressor before - looks like a good platform to start.

My T1X has Sportsmatch rings holding the SWFA scope. Haven't seen a reason to do otherwise. Only surprise is that the recoil pin didn't fit on the T1X and it did easily on the T3.

The thread pitch on the T1x is ½ x 28. That should be the same as is on your Ruger. My Silencerco Sparrow fits mine.

And you wont own a suppressor for at least 6 more months! My check was cashed a little over 11 months ago. Still no approval. Jim

Jim Not to rub it in....but I literally got the call outback my switchback 30minutes ago! picking it up at lunch. My check was cashed mid October of last year. On a side note, picked up my t1x 17 last week, should be fun. I love mine in 22lr.

Dingmo, If you don't mind me asking, what did it run you? I'm looking at purchasing a left hand model and the cheapest I'm seeing is $579.00.

Devnull -
Sticker on mine was $579.99. They threw in 50 rounds of ammo and a free Scheel's hat.
