I was at a gun show in Grand Forks, ND last weekend where a seller had their 8# jugs of powder priced at $700 and a brick of primers for $200. There are more optimistic people than them apparently.

For that price one may as well buy a new Barret M-82 and shoot .50 BMG.

I managed to get a few pounds of powder at "normal" prices from Midway a couple of weeks ago. Window was open for about 24 hours before sold out again. Gotta keep watching. Still hard up for primers, but not quite $200+/thousand hard up... lol

His store is about three hours away. I would love to walk in and slap down $750 in cash and about when he was bagging the powder, I would pocket the cash and tell him to go [bleep] himself.
Just to see the look on his face.
I could wish a lot of things on my worst enemy but neuropathy ain't one of them.

I picked this up last week from my LGS. That's a lucky score considering they quit making 4320. Supposedly.
They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

This crap has gone way to far. I'm stopping short on shotgun powder over $20 a pound and rifle at 25 for the fancy stuff. The repulsive trolls doing it should be ashamed. Once retailers know we will pay that kind of freight the game will get too expensive forever. JMHO

I was there also, all the powder and primers were high. The only thing I seen that sold was one guy bought all the 410 shells. I never seen anyone walking around with any kind of reloading stuff.

I just bought 2 lbs of H4895 at $35 ea and three pounds of Varget for $30 ea. Not long ago I bought 8lbs of 4350 for under $200. There is always someone looking to make a buck off the hard luck of others.
