I sold 2 Winchester 94 .45 Colts for a lot less than that on this board. Not as old, but easy to make price comparison. If you look hard enough, you don't need to pay these stupid prices. But MAN do I regret not buying more 94s and 336s when they were $500-600 on GB right before COVID went nuts. I snagged a super nice JM 336 for $550 and thought "these will be here over the next few months why not be patient and wait for specific rifles." Wroooooooooooong.
