What confuses me is that all of the cookbooks that come with the fryers/are available have all of these oo-la-la recipes, but none of them give directions as to how to just cook simple things.

I got it for the wife for Christmas. I told her I might let her use it someday.

I like the bacon wrapped jumbo prawns in there at like 400F for 10 minutes-ish. I find that when I use raw bacon wrapped around food, the food inside can get over cooked by the time the bacon gets nice and crispy. In this case the prawns tend to get a little dry. So I kind of half cook the bacon in the oven and then let it cool a little and wrap the prawns. Then finish them off in the air fryer. The other thing I do is wrap the end of the bacon around the end of the prawn first, so the end is covered. That helps keep the seafood from getting dry too.

Should one of those "butters" be a different ingredient?

Yes should read honey,

Which one, the 2 TBS or the 3? lol

I'm going to try your recipe. I love hot honey wings.

2 Tb spoons of honey.

Thank you. I'll try these in the near future.

Wrap bacon around with toothpick to hold.

Cook 4-5 min and flip the over / around and cook another 4-6 min.
