Same thing I was thinking. How does one "register" ammunition? And why would carrying a rifle or shotgun "outside a business " be flagged as a crime?

If there's one place our Constitutional Rights ought to be safe, it is D.C. But the reality is, that is where the biggest threat to them lives.

He'd get busted just as hard in New Jersey just being parked on a street or rest area taking a safety nap. Some states (plus DC and other large urban clots) don't have a Bill of Rights any more.
On the other hand, this guy doesn't sound like the type I'd follow into the second American Revolution. Bad tactics, and clearly no strategy.

There was a time when a store/dealer had to make the customer sign for ammo that could be used in a handgun. 22 rimfire also! I know it was somewhere between 1985 and 1988. It didn't last long though.
