And I don’t think I’ve lost a single pound. Did Falafels from a mix, deep-fried then on a pita with veggies and Tzatziki sauce. Turned out pretty good!

Have to go over the hill next week to my eye doc. Big town over in OR has a Falafel Republic there that makes a decent one. Sometimes I go with schwarma though and the wife gets the falafel.
