Greetings,

I have a muzzleloader starter kit that I want to post in the classifieds. The kit includes a pound Blackhorn 209 and box of Triple Seven primers. Would I need a HAZMAT license to ship the primers and powder?

Yep and you cant get a license without going through the training. Just sell the kit and give the powder to a buddy or sell local. Even better is carry it with you through a gun show and somebody will buy it.

Don’t understand why a kit would have BH209 and the weak 209 primers. BH wants all the fire it can get.

Like Ken said, that stuff should sell like hotcakes locally.
