Am I the only one who doesn't carry?

There's probably a rifle in the pickup but I never carry a gun on myself.
(which now thinking about it is probably a little too relaxed)

Better safe, than sorry Sam.

You may know Sam, last year before the Covid, we had an incident in Church. That's when I started "Packing heat".

Hard to shoot a virus,

Have to renew the stoopid Cali one. Still keep one in the car and carry it when I go to OR and/or WA where they give permits for more than 2 years.

There’s a 1911 in the console of my work truck, only because half the idiots in construction in this area are strung out on meth. I’ve had to fire a few guys that flipped out. Never know what some [bleep] tweaker might do.

I haven’t felt the need to carry for my security the places I go though.
Like you, rifle in the back seat of the Toyota.

Higginez;
Good afternoon to you sir, I hope that this second last Sunday in March finds you well and the weather is tolerable.

Thanks for the interesting thread, we've done these before and I've always enjoyed them somehow. Perhaps it's a small insight into the fellow 'Fire folks' lives in a way?

Anyways, this is mine.

The beat up web looking thing is my cell phone holster - which took the photo so it's not there.. wink

Otherwise I think it's all pretty self explanatory - well perhaps the Canuck money is odd - the gold ones are Loonies worth $1 CDN or $ 0.80 USD and the two tone ones are Toonies worth $2 CDN or $1.60 USD.

Thanks again for the thread and of course for the fellow pocket dumpers for participating on a cool, overcast day here.

All the best to you all as we head into spring.

Dwayne

Good afternoon sir, I hope that other than being in possession of change from a closed and in crisis country that all else is well in your world.

I hope and pray there's a day coming in the near future when you and other good folks from across the medicine line will be again welcome AND inclined to come up here and spend your hard earned money.

We're of course now under closure/siege/duress by Prince Sparkle Socks who despite his demeanor and appearance has assembled a rather despicable group of evil minions to do the bidding of whomever is pulling his strings.

Other than that - as they say - everything's going well. wink

There are many like myself who are endeavoring to persevere as Chief Dan George - another BC guy by the way - said in Outlaw Josie Wales - and like all things we'll either win or we won't, but that doesn't mean we'll stop trying, you know?

Here's to brighter days when you can come up here if that's the desire of your heart and spend some of that change.

All the best to you this spring regardless sir.

Dwayne
