Greg, no, we emigrated here ! Left Australia in 2005. Miss "my" island, but nothing else about big city life. Mum & Dad retired there, but we'd been going, originally holidaying (tent camping)since I was 5, I think. They bought a "fishing" shack when I was in high school & eventually upgraded. Bet I spent more than every second weekend there, since I could drive. 1 hour barge trip, or 20 minute water taxi trip, after a 45 minute drive from Brisbane city. ![[Linked Image from i.pinimg.com]](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/40/90/a4/4090a41144f0d275f75313787df1a72c.gif)

Saw a can of minced lobster at the store so decided to do lobster-stuffed mushrooms. The minced lobster was like a wet paste, so not very pleasing to the eye. However, very flavourful!
We’ll definitely buy it again. Probably try it in a bisque or a mousse next time..
