Normally, I'd say the court would never agree.. But after the cowards (and allegedly conservative) refused to take on the last totally crooked election, I have ZERO faith that they'll actually uphold any part of the Constitution... And if that happens,there will be cops getting killed. Indeed...

They will grant the PO-LEECE unlimited "community caretaking" rights & privilege's, w/o a shadow of a doubt, for the children, of course, & if it saves just one life.
I do not trust this court run by Roberts at all; he has managed to intimidate all 3 of the newest members & they are cowed.
Red, flag laws are already unconstitutional, this is just the next step.

MM I agree. All three branches of government are compromised and united in trying to make the Constitution irrelevant. The military is not far behind if not already complicit. The next two years are a buildup to the 2022 - 2024 term in which the globalists will control the House, the Senate and the Executive branch. Camel toe will occupy the White House. Our future depends on two SC justices - Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. The odds are not in our favor!

Entering someone's home without permission or a warrant sounds like a bad idea. It puts both homeowner and intruder in a dangerous situation. Hopefully that never happens in this country.

Funny post, you seem to think there will only be the one kind of situation. I think that post represents the way the majority of these situations will go down. People enjoy online pretending, but the reality of shooting at police is pretty grim regardless of who is right and who is wrong. Effectively 0 people here will actually do it.
