while some of you all were griping that our great governor was not being hard enough on trannys , she was taking care of important business and strengthening 2nd amendment rights in SD..........
PIERRE, S.D. (KOTA) - Gov. Kristi Noem signed a bill that would prohibit state and local governments from seizing guns and ammunition.
Senate Bill 100 says that no state agency, local government or appointed official has the authority to stop or regulate the lawful sale or use of firearms, ammo, or personal weapons.
It also says concealed carry permits cannot be suspended or revoked unless authorized by the state’s concealed carry laws.
Senate Bill 111 reduces the cost for some types of concealed carry permits.
House Bill 1212 clarifies the use of force under South Dakota’s Stand Your Ground laws. The bill enhances your right to self-defense by strengthening and explaining when justifiable force can be used in defense of person and property, so long as the individual is not engaging in an unlawful activity and is in a place they’re allowed to be

I'm really looking forward to hearing her on Bongino tomorrow. He was critical of her on the tranny crap, and invited her on. He mentioned her voting record in the House wasn't all that great. Does anybody have the info on that? Yes, I looked it up but didn't have time to peruse through all of it to get to the meat.

She gets more right than wrong. I suspect that some of it is pandering (similar to Cruz) but least they’re pandering to us and not the left and that’s better than most “Republican” politicians or any Democrat.

over half the state of Minnesota is kinda trying too succeed to South Dakota and i guess there is a way this can happen ,i read about the succeed way/law last night ,i am all for it. Twin Cities in Minnesota and Governor Walz are ruining Minnesota period .

"a bill that would prohibit state and local governments".....what about the feds? A bill telling all agencies to [bleep] off would send a better message to the gun grabbers.
The rest of the stuff seems pretty solid.
