Call them first and get a RMA before you send the scope in.

I do some freelance work with Meopta and if you have any issues reach out to me and I'll make sure you get taken care of correctly. It is truly rare that there are QC issues with a Meopta product but rest assured they stand behind what they sell. Erik at Meopta is a stand-up guy who gets things done.

Meopta has none in stock and none arriving this week. I hope they'll get some soon but I have no definitive delivery date
