I have a CZ 455 with 22lr, 22 mag, and 17hmr barrels. I have decided to chop the 22lr barrel to 16.5” and thread it. What length should I cut the 17 and 22 mag barrels for best velocity?
The suppressor I am getting is the OSS RAD 22.

I would keep them all the same so that the gun balances the same with each.

I think obsessing over a few fps from rimfires is well, obsessive. MontanaCreekHunter has the right idea IMO.
Not an answer, I know, just an opinion. Sorry (not very sorry, just a little😛)
What fresh Hell is this?

If that’s the case, just cut them all 17 or 18, and roll.....I don’t notice much difference in handling from 16-18”, with a 22 suppressor....over 18”, I can tell, but that’s just because anything longer than 24” total bugs me.....just a thing.
