Lower the cost of living?

etc.
I don't get it. Why is diversity and inclusion such a big deal with the left? From where I stand it is a pox on civilisation.

I didn’t think you would. Neither would I. I still believe in some law and order. Whatever it might be. There are a lot of good people who lived south of the border trying to make it here in WV legally. I support them when I can.

A crew of Mexicans re-roofed three buildings here. I'd hire them again. A lot of the local farmers here hire Mexicans through the H2A worker program. They do so because they can't find local help, and because the Mexicans will do jobs Americans don't want to. Before they can get them here, they have to advertise the jobs in local newspapers, stating the kind of work, the pay, and the guaranteed hours. Pay is usually around $14-15 hourly. I've gotten to know the Mexicans that work for the guy who rents my cropland. They are some really good guys. I'd be proud to have them as my neighbors year round. Having said that, I've no doubt that as permanent residents, they'd become Americanized pretty quick. Probably be like the rest of the Mexicans that are here permanently.

Diversity of thought and experience is worthwhile.

Diversity is rampant in todays workplace if you want to play in the global market.
Key being.......GLOBAL.........
A lot of the US companies who provide products to the overseas markets must play in this world.

I don't get it. Why is diversity and inclusion such a big deal with the left? Diversity is code for anti-White. That's literally all you need to know about it. PS No matter which search engine you plug that into (i.e., Diversity is code for anti-White), the very first article will be one by the Anti-Defamation League. That, also, should tell you all you need to know about it. Try it.
