This means that in their conference last Friday, they did not decide whether or not to accept the case (grant certiorari). They will consider it again at their next conference.
If accepted, and decided in our favor, the case would establish that RKBA extends beyond the home. There is a lot at stake here.

President Trump won the election by a "slam dunk" and look at where we are now.
